Pork Liver Tofu Cake
1.
Cut the liver into pieces, rinse off the blood under running water (or soak for 15-30 minutes, changing the water frequently during the period); then blanch it. Put the tofu in a grinding bowl and grind!
2.
Chop the liver and chop into puree. (The degree of delicacy depends on the baby's chewing ability!) Mix the tofu and pork liver evenly, add cornstarch and mix well! Knead it into a ball!
3.
Turn the pot on a low heat, brush less than oil, you can press into a cake in advance and then put it in a pan for frying, or you can scoop a spoon into the pan and then flatten it with a spoon. Until both sides are golden.
4.
Squeeze the tomato sauce, cool and eat!
Tips:
Tofu is rich in plant protein and almost all the amino acids needed by the human body. In addition, it also contains many trace elements such as calcium, iron, and magnesium. It has the functions of strengthening bones, increasing appetite, and replenishing iron. Tofu and pork liver can also promote the development of bones and teeth!
This pork liver tofu cake can be eaten directly by the baby, or it can be cut into strips or pieces for the baby to grab and eat. Not only is it sweet and delicious, but it can also exercise the baby's hand-brain coordination ability!
Many babies can't accept the taste of pork liver, so I put a moderate amount of ketchup, the babies are more receptive!
