Pork Ribs and Sauerkraut Stewed Vermicelli

1. Wash the ribs and add water to the pot to make a soup.

2. The Northeast sauerkraut is washed. The authentic Northeast sauerkraut is made of Chinese cabbage. All major supermarkets have bags of Northeast sauerkraut for sale.

3. The noodles can be selected from potato noodles and sweet potato noodles, soak them in warm water.

4. Cut sauerkraut into strips.

5. Add more oil to the pot, so that the sauerkraut absorbs oil well, add garlic diced and fry until fragrant.

6. Pour sauerkraut strips.

7. Stir fry and add soy sauce.

8. Pour the ribs soup and add salt.

9. After the soup is boiled, add the vermicelli and cook thoroughly. Put more soup in it, or it will burn out easily.
