Pork Stir-fried Pork Slices
1.
Choose fresh and tender Pugua, rinse, and prepare a piece of lean meat.
2.
Peel the Pugua green peel off and cut into small pieces of even thickness. Cut the meat into slices and put a small amount of salt in a bowl, and pinch the appropriate amount of starch to make it more tender and smooth. Cut some carrot slices and minced green onions and garlic as toppings. Prepare all the ingredients.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil into the pot to heat, add carrot slices and minced garlic, stir fry, and fry the carrot color and garlic aroma.
4.
Then add the meat slices and stir fry until the color changes.
5.
Add the puffa slices and sprinkle with salt.
6.
Stir-fry until the melon slices soften and make the soup, slightly reduce the flavor, sprinkle the chopped green onion and mix well to serve.
Tips:
Pugua is easy to cook. I like the softer ones to be more fried, and the crisper ones for a while less, and the whole process will be faster. Add some starch to the meat slices, and it will be more tender and smooth after being fried. The dishes are matched by yourself. Many friends don't like carrots, so you can leave them alone.
