Pork Tongue

Wash the tongue of the pig you bought with salt twice

Bring the water to a boil, put the pig tongue in and sing for 5 minutes.

Take it out and scrape off the white skin on the tongue with a knife.

Bring the ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and cooking wine into the water and boil. After the water boils, put in the cleaned pig tongue. Cook on high heat for 30 minutes.

After cooking, take it out and let cool.

Cut into chunks.

Put the pig tongues on a plate, pour the whole bag of lees and soak all the pig tongues. Put it in the refrigerator and eat after two hours.
