Pork with Potatoes

A piece of pork belly with skin, wash and control dry.

Put peanut oil in the pot and heat it up.

Put the pork belly in the oil and fry it until the skin is golden brown and remove it.

Spread the dark soy sauce evenly on the skin.

Cut into pieces of meat about 2 cm in length.

Mix the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and salt into the juice, pour it into the meat slices, add green onions and ginger and mix well.

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob.

Spread the meat slices into the bowl and add the remaining seasoning.

Put the potato pieces on top.

Put it on the basket and steam for about 1.5 hours.

When it's steamed, it's upside down on the plate.

Put the broth into the pot and thicken with starch.
13.
Pour it on top of the meat and it's OK.
Tips:
1. After boiling, it should be steamed on low heat.
2. You can steam a few more bowls at a time. Take out a bowl and steam it when you eat. It is easy and convenient to buckle out.
