Portuguese Egg Tart

Put the whipped cream, milk, and sugar into the milk pan.

Heat on low heat until the sugar melts.
3.
Add two egg yolks and beat them evenly with a manual whisk.
4.
Filter the egg liquid through a strainer.
5.
Pour the filtered egg liquid into the tart crust, 9 minutes full.
6.
Put it in the middle of the preheated oven at 170°C for 25 minutes.
7.
Bake until the tart crust appears caramel color.
