Portuguese Egg Tart

Mix whipped cream with milk, add powdered sugar, if using fine sugar, stir until the sugar dissolves, and cool until it is not hot

Add the cooling liquid made in the first step, add egg yolk and low-gluten flour, and mix well.

The tart water only needs to be filled to 7 minutes full, because the tart crust will expand after it is cooked.

Put the egg tarts into the machine, press the bake button, and wait for the delicious egg tarts for 25 minutes
Tips:
1. When making the tart water, the whipped cream and milk are heated to dissolve the fine sugar completely. If you use powdered sugar, you can mix it evenly without heating;
2. The formula egg tart liquid is 20 egg tarts;
3. The number of egg tarts made by the ACA machine is limited, and the rest of the egg tarts can be put into the oven;
4. The custard crust can be taken out of the refrigerator and poured directly into the custard liquid, so it is particularly easy to remove it. It is a bit laborious to add the custard liquid after it is softened.
