Portuguese Egg Tart

Prepare ingredients.

Preheat the oven with upper heat 190/lower 170.

Except for the tart and raisins, mix and stir well.

The tart liquid is sieved twice.

Put the raisins in the tart crust.

Pour the tart liquid into the custard crust, about 9 minutes full.

Pour in order.

Put it in the middle of the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. Each oven is different, and the temperature and baking time are adjusted according to your own oven.
2. You can leave the raisins alone, or you can replace them with your favorite preserved fruits.
