Portuguese Egg Tart

Condensed milk, pure milk, three egg yolks, light cream.

Originally wanted to make less, and my daughter wanted to eat durian flavor, so she added two more egg yolks.

135 grams of milk, 125 grams of whipped cream, appropriate amount of condensed milk, and soft sugar, mix well. (If it is granulated sugar, heat it on a low heat until the sugar melts. Let cool before using)

Tips:
The tart water didn't run out, and my daughter wanted something durian, so I added a piece of durian to the rest and made 10 Portuguese durian tarts. If you don't count durian, you can make fifteen or six Portuguese egg tarts.
