Portuguese Egg Tart

Defrost the custard crust and preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees

Put the egg yolks in a stainless steel bowl and mix the milk and condensed milk evenly

Smash the whole egg in another small bowl and stir with chopsticks

Use a silicone brush to brush the whole egg liquid on the tart skin

Wash the filter, filter the egg yolk liquid in the tart crust, bake for 30 minutes
