Portuguese Egg Tart
1.
The custard crust is ready.
2.
Knock the eggs into the basin and break up.
3.
Add two spoons of condensed milk.
4.
Add the sugar and milk, and stir until all the sugar is melted.
5.
Sifting can make the egg liquid more delicate. I omit this step every time.
6.
The custard crust is filled with egg liquid. Some people say that it should not be too full, but every time I put it very full and never flow out, I like this taste~
7.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips:
1. The temperature of my mini oven is not easy to control. Every time I bake it is 175 degrees for 15 minutes, and 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
2. The amount of sugar is controlled by the individual's taste.
3. The temperature and time are not well controlled when cooking for the first time. It is best to stare in front of the oven when it is almost cooked to avoid burning.
