Portuguese Egg Tart
1.
Prepare the ingredients (Take out the crust in advance and thaw it, so that it will be crispier when it is baked)
2.
Heat the whipped cream, pure milk and white sugar in a pot until it melts
3.
Let cool after cooking, add egg yolk and stir well
4.
Add low-gluten flour and stir
5.
After stirring well, sieve the tart liquid twice (this is after sieving)
6.
Pour it into the custard crust, and it’s about nines full.
7.
Preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes (the length of the oven can be adjusted for different times)
8.
It's out (the aroma keeps wafting out during the roasting process~~~) Let’s not say I’m going to eat it
Tips:
These ratios are exactly the amount of 7 egg tarts, I want to add more according to the ratio.
