Portuguese Egg Tart

Stir whipped cream, milk, and sugar evenly. For fine sugar, heat until the sugar is completely melted. For powdered sugar, you don't need it.

Pour the egg yolk

Sift in the wheat flour, stir evenly and sift the tart water.

Place the tapi in the baking tray

Pour in the egg tart water, put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake it at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, until the surface of the egg tart appears burnt.
