Portulaca Oleracea

Purslane can be seen everywhere on the roadside. Just picking a few stalks is a dish.

First blanch the purslane over water.
3.
Remove and immerse in cold water.
4.
Cut garlic into minced garlic.
5.
Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce and two tablespoons of vinegar to the purslane and minced garlic.
6.
Add another teaspoon of salt, two teaspoons of sugar, and half a teaspoon of sesame oil and mix well.
7.
Serve on a platter!
