Pull up the purchased purslane, wash it, put it in a pot, boil it in boiling water, and place it on a plate;

Wash the small red peppers, cut into small circles, and place them on the purslane;

Put soy sauce, a few drops of balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and monosodium glutamate in a small bowl. Serve.
