Potato Cake

Prepare the ingredients.

Use a grater to wipe the potatoes, or cut them with a knife. Chopped green onions.

Put the potato shreds in a container (without washing), add chopped green onions and salt, and marinate for a few minutes to make the shredded potatoes softer. (When I like to eat pepper flavor, add a little white pepper, I didn't put it, I think the original flavor is more fragrant)

Put in the flour (the amount of flour is more or less, it doesn't matter, just stick the potato shreds together, the fragrance of the potato will be stronger with less flour, and the pie with more flour will be softer, as you choose)

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and stir into a paste.
