Potato Dumplings

Ingredients: Japonica rice flour, potatoes (washed, peeled and shredded), sugar, edible alkali.

Add sugar in a pot of water.

Add edible alkali.

Heat until the sugar melts and turn off the heat.

Next, combine the shredded potato and japonica rice flour.

Then, quickly stir clockwise until the dough is free of particles. Be sure to stir well, or it will taste grainy.

In the steamer, line it with greased paper. Dip your hands with oil and knead the dough into balls of about the same size. It's steaming on the pot, and it's ready to steam for 20 minutes on high heat.
