Prawn Dumplings

Add pork, ginger, onion, egg, prawn and oyster sauce to the bowl

You can add some salted chicken sesame oil to oyster sauce

Mix well

Put stuffing in the dumpling wrapper

Then apply a layer of water to the edge of the dumpling wrapper to make it sticky and crease it

Finally, squeeze the edges tightly to make the dumplings so that they won’t be overcooked when cooking.

Pour boiling water in the pot and pour the dumplings

Cook until the dumplings surface

It can also be served with vinegar or dipping sauce
Tips:
The fillings of the dumplings can be matched according to your preference, and the dipping materials are also my personal preference with vinegar or various dipping materials.
