Prepare Yourself at Home in Winter ------ Hot Pot

Mixing the bottom of the pot: star anise, rock sugar (you can leave it alone), green onions, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaves, tomatoes, (the white one is pork, and later my husband said it was not delicious, so I didn’t put it.)

Mix the dipping sauces (for my husband and I): 1 tablespoon of sesame paste, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 piece of tofu, 1 tablespoon of chive sauce, 5 tablespoons of Chinese pepper water (It is said to be boiled, I use boiling water). Stir well in the bowl and then add chopped peanuts (a little more is very fragrant, I like it) and finally chopped coriander. Chili sauce can be put according to your own taste.

Husband and I like to eat dishes: you can choose dishes according to your own taste, but I like to eat seasonal vegetables. The dishes I chose are: cabbage, yam, sweet potatoes, potatoes, vermicelli, shiitake mushrooms, fungus, chrysanthemum, black bean sprouts (leftovers at noon, I didn’t expect it to be cooked very well, my husband said before that it might not be delicious)

Look at the bottom of my pot, it's not soup, so it won't turn white. I will try the broth next time. (Although it looks bad, my husband said it was delicious (*^__^*))

This is a picture of the dipping sauce. I didn't want to post it. It was not good. The dipping sauce is blended to such an extent (there is no need to put salt in the middle, because tofu bittern and chive sauce are both salty)

Tips:
Most hot pot likes to eat in winter, but it feels more flavorful and comfortable to eat at home (mainly because someone does not clean the dishes).
