Lazy Spicy Noodle

Find a relatively non-stick milk pan, put an appropriate amount of water to boil, add salt and a few drops of oil in the meantime to have a bottom taste and prevent sticking

After the water is boiled, add the noodles. I chose the frozen egg noodles. The egg noodles are not fragile and taste good.

Cook the noodles and remove them, or cook them until they are half cooked, because they will be boiled in the spicy soup for a while~

Wash the pot and change the water, add the hot pot bottom material, add according to personal taste, I am not too spicy, and added two small pieces

After the hot pot bottom material is completely melted, put meat rolls and fish balls and other meat dishes in the pot. Vegetarian dishes can be placed after the noodles are added.

The meat dishes are boiled and put into the noodles. If you don’t mind that the noodle soup is thick and muddy, you can cook the noodles directly in the spicy soup.

After adding the noodles, add a proper amount of salt to taste, cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes, and cook out. If you like vegetables, you can boil them in the pot after adding salt~
Tips:
If the meat rolls are frothy, it is recommended to cook them in other pots before putting the spicy soup to wash off the blood froth, so as not to affect the clarity and taste of the noodle soup.
