Preserved Egg Tofu

Prepare the ingredients and cut the preserved eggs into small pieces. Press garlic into garlic paste, add steamed fish soy vinegar and sesame oil to make a sauce. Cut the pepper into small pieces and chop the coriander.

Cut the tofu in half horizontally, and then cut into thin pieces lengthwise.

Spread the preserved eggs evenly on the tofu.

Sprinkle coriander and red pepper.

The sauce is topped at the end~ it's delicious.
Tips:
1. The tofu can be left for a while before it is cut, water will seep out slowly, and then cut it after pouring it out.
2. Red hot peppers are just for decoration, you can leave them if you have children at home, it won't affect the taste.
3. If you like to eat preserved eggs, you can add another and cut into small pieces.
