I bought a lot of oxtails in the winter and iced them in the refrigerator. The sky is getting hotter, and I don't like to drink very thick soup anymore, so I quickly take it out and boil it to get rid of it.

Pressure Cooker Version of Oxtail Soup

1. Wash the oxtail and blanch it in water.

2. After blanching, wash the oxtail and put it into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker. Add appropriate amount of water.

3. Put it in the pressure cooker and select the appropriate key.

4. Cut the green onion and ginger well.

5. Pour the oxtail and soup cooked in the pressure cooker into a casserole.

6. Add green onion and ginger.

7. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

8. Chop the coriander and put it in a large bowl. After the oxtail soup is simmered, add it to the bowl and season with salt.

Tips:

Be sure to heat the water when adding water in the middle of the stew.
