Private Braised Beef

1. Choose beef ribs.

2. Prepared star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, pepper, grass fruit

3. Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger

4. Wash the beef and cut into pieces.

5. Rinse with water, preferably to drain the water.

6. Put the beef in a pot of clean water, boil it and continue to cook for five or six minutes, pick up the beef, rinse and drain for later use.

7. In a separate pot, pour the oil into the star anise, cinnamon, vanilla, fruit, chili, and stir fry for a nice aroma.

8. Add the green onion and ginger and continue to stir fry.
