Private House Pickled Fish

Clean the black fish into slices, rinse with water, and set aside.

Rinse the remaining fish bones with water to remove the blood and set aside.

The black fish fillet tastes good with starch, cooking wine, and pepper powder.

Cut the kimchi into evenly-sized pieces with scissors.

Wash the cut kimchi with water and dry it for later use.

Heat the oil in a hot pan, sauté the green onion and ginger until fragrant

Stir the kimchi in the pan, add the chili sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, and lower the fish bones into the pot. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 5 minutes.

In another pot, boil water.

Boil the fish fillets and remove them for later use.

Put red pepper, Chinese pepper, and sesame pepper in the pot of pickled fish.

Tips:
1. Don't blanch the fish fillets for too long, because the fish is tender and delicious.
