Private Sukiyaki Yuba

Wash the yuba and cut into sections, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into thin strips.

Pour a little oil in the pot and fry the garlic, pepper and chopped green onion over medium heat. (Garlic pepper onion, minced garlic, minced red pepper and minced green onion)

Pour the shiitake mushrooms over medium heat and continue to fry until fragrant.

Pour the yuba section and stir fry for a while.

Add the vegetable broth to a boil.

With oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fine salt and seasoning, cover the pot and cook on low heat for about three or four minutes.

When there is one third of the soup in the pot, thicken it with wet cornstarch.
Tips:
◎Soak the dried yuba in warm water for 1 hour until there are no lumps or dark colors.
◎The vegetarian soup used in this dish is made with Chinese cabbage, and the soup is relatively sweet. If you use other broth, add a little white sugar to the dish.
