Minced Meat, Chopped Pepper and Yuba

Chop the fat and lean meat into minced meat, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Cut the water-fat yuba into small pieces for later use.

Tips:
Chopped pepper and soy sauce have salt, so you have to taste it before deciding on the amount of salt.
