Pueraria Lobata Corn Bone Soup
1.
Ingredients: 500 grams of pueraria lobata, 500 grams of pork bones, one corn, one carrot each, and two candied dates. This is for 3-4 people. If there are fewer people, you can reduce some materials.
2.
Peel the pink kudzu, rinse and cut into pieces, and cut corn and carrot into pieces.
3.
Add 2000 ml of water to all the ingredients, boil the water on a high fire and skim off the foam, then use a low fire to simmer for 2 hours.
4.
The soup is boiled over low heat for 2 hours. It is rich in flavor and can be seasoned with salt. We don't like to put salt to make it sweeter.
