Pueraria Lobata Corn Ribs Soup

The pink kudzu is peeled and cut into thick slices. Some people like to use a large piece to boil the soup, and then slice it after boiling. In fact, as long as you buy the fine kudzu from a good place, the taste of the kudzu in the sliced soup will not change at all.

Carrots are peeled and cut into pieces, corn is cut into short pieces, red dates are pitted, and ginger is peeled.
