Tips:
1. Prepare the scallion pancakes and your favorite glutinous rice balls, and then take them out of the refrigerator in advance to thaw, and the time is about 3 to 5 minutes. Scallion pancakes or hand-held pancakes, stupidly unclear? I have made two kinds of pancakes. The hand-held pancakes are slightly softer after being baked; the scallion pancakes are slightly thicker and more crispy after being baked; and there is more scallion fragrance, which makes them less greasy. The scallion pancake is salty, so I specially matched the glutinous rice balls with two salty fillings, crab yolk and egg yolk quicksand; you can also choose other flavors of glutinous rice balls, hand cakes or egg tart crusts according to your own preferences.
2. The glutinous rice balls and scallion pancakes do not need to be fully thawed, just thawing about 3~5 minutes in advance, especially the scallion pancakes are easy to soften, thawing fast, and too soft is not easy to operate.
3. There is no air fryer, you can also use the oven to bake it. The temperature and time are similar to those of an air fryer. How convenient is it for you? I have tried both methods, and the taste is delicious.
