Fried Cake Shreds

Knead the pancake dough for a while.

Roll out the dough into small pieces.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and oil.

The dough rolls up.

Roll the rolled pancakes thin with a rolling pin.

Rolled scallion pancakes.

Boil in small and medium heat until slightly yellow.

Let the pancakes cool and cut into small pieces, then use scissors/knife to cut into pancakes.

Put the oil in the hot pan and fry the shredded cabbage and carrots (forgetting to take pictures because of the time), add some salt and then pour the sliced cake shreds and stir-fry together until the shredded cake becomes soft.
10.
Finally, pour two spoons of light soy sauce and stir fry out.
