Pumpkin and Red Date Palm Buns

Mix flour, yeast, and steamed pumpkin puree, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with a lid or plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size.

Exhaust the fermented dough, knead it evenly, and divide it into equal-sized noodles.

Roll the small agent into a bun wrapper and add the red date palm filling.

Tips:
1. After steaming, simmer for 3-5 minutes before removing the lid. When opening the lid, be careful not to drip the water on the noodles.
