Pumpkin Bag

First peel the pumpkin, dice and cook, and press the pumpkin into puree for later use.

Stir-fry peanuts and set aside

Remove the peanuts and crush them for later use.

Pour the cold pumpkin puree into high-gluten flour, add a small half bowl of water to the yeast to make milk-like water and pour it together to form a dough, set aside!

Add peanuts to sugar and stir well for later use.

After one and a half hours, when the dough has doubled, you can put the buns on the upper steaming rack of the pot, and let them steam for 15 minutes.
