Pumpkin Bean Paste Gnocchi

Peel the pumpkin and steam it. You can add 1 tablespoon of water and steam it in the steamed fish stall in the microwave. Then add glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour while it's hot, and press with a spatula to mix well. Freshly steamed pumpkin is hotter, use a spatula or rice spatula to operate it.

Pumpkin contains different moisture, and the amount of glutinous rice flour added is not fixed, as long as it is mixed into a soft and moderate glutinous rice ball. Rub the red bean paste into small portions for easy filling. Divide the mixed glutinous rice flour into small doses. After making up, cover it with moisturizing and prevent the surface from air-drying.

Take a small agent and squeeze it, put on the bean paste filling, wrap it up on all sides, and round the mouth.

The prepared glutinous rice balls can be stored in the refrigerator. Of course, pack the bag and keep it sealed.
