Pumpkin Hair Cake

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces;

Add water, salt, sift in flour, add yeast and mix well;

Put the finished pumpkin batter into the mold and smooth the surface;

Ferment in a warm place to double the size;

Put it in the steaming oven and steam for 35 minutes;

Take it out 5 minutes after the steaming, let it cool and release it from the mold.
Tips:
1. After the pumpkin is steamed, it can be broken with a food processor;
2. Increase or decrease the water content appropriately according to the water content of the pumpkin, and the scraper will not drip when lifted;
3. Relatively sticky, the scraper can be dipped in a little oil to smooth the surface.
