Pumpkin Black Sesame Gnocchi
1.
Prepare the glutinous rice flour and pumpkin for use.
2.
Divide the black sesame filling into equal parts and slightly round them into a ball shape.
3.
After removing the skin of the pumpkin, wash and cut into thin pieces, put it in the microwave oven for three minutes, take it out and press it into a fine paste while it is still hot.
4.
Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and mix it into a moderately firm dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 15 minutes.
5.
Gently roll the glutinous rice dough into long strips, and then grind them into equal small doughs. Then take a small dough, slightly press it with your fingers into a funnel shape, and put it in the filling core.
6.
Gently push the dough upwards until the dough wraps all the fillings.
7.
Gently knead the wrapped glutinous rice balls in your hands.
8.
Boil water in a pot, add the wrapped dumplings, and cook over medium heat. (You should use a little more water when cooking the dumplings)
9.
In the middle of the second point of cold water, when the glutinous rice balls are all floating on the surface, you can turn off the heat.
