Pumpkin Coconut Bread (low Sugar and Low Oil Version)

1. Put the main ingredients in the bread machine, except for the butter, and select the kneading program, about 15 minutes; then put the softened butter, and select the kneading program again for 15 minutes; finally, select the dough fermentation program, about 1h
