Pumpkin Glutinous Rice Bean Paste Cake

Peel and seed pumpkin and steam.

Steam for 20 minutes until soft and waxy.

Set aside glutinous rice flour.

Sesame seeds for use.

Sweet osmanthus for later use.

Let the pumpkin cool, mash it, add glutinous rice flour and sweet-scented osmanthus.

Wrap the bean paste, dip in sesame seeds, and fry in an electric baking pan.

Golden on both sides out of the pot.

Tips:
The dough should not be too hard. When it is shaped, a little oil will not stick to the hands, sticky, waxy, sweet, fragrant, crispy and nutritious.
