Pumpkin Glutinous Rice Soup

Glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour are ready

70g glutinous rice flour, 50g sticky rice flour into the basin

Add appropriate amount of water and mix into a moist rice flour dough

Knead the dough into small balls of any size

A piece of pumpkin, peeled and seeded

Cut into small pieces

Put it into a boiling pot with cold water, boil on high heat

Turn off the heat after the pumpkin is cooked and rotten

Use a handheld cooking stick to directly beat the pumpkin pieces into a pumpkin paste in the pot

The mashed pumpkin paste is very thick, continue to cook

Pour the pre-kneaded glutinous rice balls into the pot. If the pumpkin paste is too thick, add a little boiled water until the balls are cooked.

Put the cooked pumpkin and glutinous rice soup in a bowl, and top with sweet-scented osmanthus according to taste
Tips:
1. Sticky rice noodles are rice noodles. Adding sticky rice noodles can make the balls less sticky to your teeth and have a more elastic taste;
2. Hand-held cooking sticks can be operated directly in the pot, but the fire must be turned off before proceeding; if there is no cooking stick, use a spoon to crush the pumpkin pieces;
3. Small balls shouldn't be big, small ones are good-looking and well cooked;
4. Without sugar, sweet-scented osmanthus, sugar can also be used.
