Pumpkin Gnocchi

After the pumpkin is steamed, it is crushed into puree and placed on a strainer to drain off the excess water.

Add sugar to glutinous rice flour and mix pumpkin puree to form a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into uniform balls, and divide the chocolate chestnut filling into uniform balls.

Remove the pumpkin dough, squeeze it, put it in the chocolate chestnut filling and wrap it into the shape of a small pumpkin. Then use chopsticks to press out the prism of the pumpkin and insert the wolfberry in the middle.

Put it in a steamer and steam for about 10 minutes. After steaming, open the lid and let it cool for 5 minutes.
