Prepare the flour

Knead into a smooth dough and ferment

Fermentation is 2.5 times the size, use your finger to poke a hole without retracting the fermentation is complete

Exhaust is divided into two parts and rounded, (one part is too big to roll out)

Roll into a large dough sheet of uniform thickness

Apply a coat of oil

Roll up from one side

Tips:
1 Don't rush to open the lid after steaming
