Pumpkin Pancakes

The pumpkin meat is cut into pieces and steamed. Add glutinous rice flour, orange flour and white sugar and mix into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into even small equal parts. I divided it into 6 points and rounded each part.

Roll out the dough and pack it into the red bean paste.
4.
The dough filled with red bean paste is crimped and flattened into a round shape.
5.
Pour peanut oil in a non-stick pan and fry until the surface is golden brown.
