Pumpkin Peanut Rolls

Mix flour, yeast, and steamed pumpkin puree, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with a lid or plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size.

Exhaust the fermented dough, knead it, roll it out into a rectangle, and spread a layer of peanut brown sugar filling.

Roll up.

Press the interface underneath and cut into small pieces.

With the cut surface facing up, use a spatula to emboss lines on the dough.

Put it in a steamer with a damp cloth, with a space in between, it will become bigger when steaming. The second proofing is 1.5 times larger.

Bring water to a boil on high heat, steam on medium heat for 15 minutes, simmer for 3-5 minutes, then remove the lid.

Golden color.

Fluffy and sweet.
Tips:
1. After steaming, simmer for 3-5 minutes before removing the lid. When opening the lid, be careful not to drip the water on the noodles.
2. The ratio of peanuts and brown sugar in the filling is adjusted according to their respective tastes.
