Pumpkin Pie

First, peel the pumpkin, steam it in a steamer, and mash it into puree.

Then add appropriate amount of sugar (according to personal taste) to pumpkin puree, then add glutinous rice flour and mix well
3.
Take a small tuft and knead it into a dough, pat into a cake shape, heat the pan and release the oil (cover the bottom of the pan) and fry until golden on both sides
Tips:
No need to add water throughout!
