Pumpkin Rose Buns

The pumpkin is steamed and mashed.

Add pumpkin puree and self-raising powder to warm water and knead the dough to ferment.

The fermented dough is kneaded on the panel to eliminate all the bubbles and knead smoothly. Divide them into small doses and roll them into dough skins about the size of dumplings.

Tips:
Don't roll the skin too thick, the steamed flowers will not look good. Appropriately thinner.
