Pumpkin Sesame Buns
1.
Peel and seed the pumpkin, cut into thin slices, and steam in a steamer for more than 10 minutes until cooked.
2.
Put the pumpkin in a sieve and press it with a spoon to filter out the finer pumpkin puree.
3.
Add a little bit of hydration to the dry yeast, pour it into the flour, add pumpkin puree, and sprinkle baking powder around the flour.
4.
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes.
5.
Add black sesame powder with brown sugar, lard and olive oil and mix well. Put on disposable gloves and try to squeeze it into equal parts.
6.
Divide the dough into equal parts, take a small piece and flatten it, and put the sesame filling on it.
7.
After the package is round, close the mouth downwards, and 10 minutes after all the packages are wrapped.
8.
After the steamer is steamed, put the steamed buns in and steam for ten minutes.
