Pumpkin Sticky Rice

The pumpkin is divided into two halves. Use a knife to insert the left knife and the right knife diagonally, making a W shape until the circle is connected. Use a stainless steel spoon to hollow out the inside of the pumpkin and make it into a cup.

Wash and soak the glutinous rice for several hours in advance. Then cook it like rice for 10 minutes.

Scoop out the cooked rice and put it in the hollowed out pumpkin (if you like the soft one, add some soup in it).

Add sugar, mix well, add raisins and dried fruits.

Put enough water in the steamer and steam the pumpkin in the steamer for 50 minutes.
