Steamed Pork Ribs with Spicy Powder

Pork belly and spare ribs are prepared.

Small pumpkin, the ingredients are prepared.

Use a knife to scrape off the dirt and miscellaneous hairs on the pork belly, and cut into thick slices about 1cm.

Wash and drain the ribs and put them in a deep basin.

Add the chopped pork belly, garlic, and dried chili minced, and add to the meat.

Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, and salt.

Stir well and marinate for 2 hours.

Tips:
1: The spicy steamed meat powder used by the wizard is salty and spicy, so when marinating the meat, only a little salt and chili are added.
2: Stir in cooking oil to prevent the steamed meat from becoming dry.
3: Spare ribs and pork belly must be marinated in advance to taste delicious.
4: The bottom ingredients can also be replaced with sweet potatoes, potatoes, noodles, instant noodles, they are all delicious.
5: It is not too troublesome. You can fry the steamed meat powder yourself, stir-fry with rice and glutinous rice with spices, and then grind it into a coarse flour to serve as steamed meat powder.
