Ingredients

Pumpkin, Wolfberry and White Fungus Soup

1. Put the dried white fungus in warm water and soak for 20 minutes.

2. Then tear the white fungus into small flowers and clean them.

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the Supor health pot and pour the white fungus. Turn on the health soup mode for 120 minutes.

4. When the white fungus is boiled to be more viscous, add the washed red dates.

5. Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into pieces.

6. Put the pumpkin pieces in the pot as well.

7. Then add the old rock candy and continue to cook.

8. When there are 2 minutes left in the health soup mode, the soup is very, very viscous at this time. Add the washed goji berries and cook to stop mode.

Tips:

Soak the white fungus in warm water for 20 minutes. Do not soak for too long, as it will lose a lot of nutrients.
Red dates, pumpkins and rock sugar cubes can be put in about time.
Don't put red dates too much. Cooking for too long will affect the taste and sweetness. It is best to put it in when there is about half an hour left.
