Purple Cabbage Scallion Pancakes

Preparation materials: purple cabbage juice, flour

Put the purple cabbage juice into the flour in portions
3.
Stir with chopsticks to allow the flour to fully absorb the purple cabbage juice

Knead into a smooth dough
5.
Roll into a round skin with a rolling pin
6.
Brush a layer of cooking oil, I use linseed oil, no special requirements
7.
Put whatever seasoning you like
8.
Roll it up first, fold it in half
9.
Use a rolling pin to roll into a round cake
10.
Brush the pan with a little oil, put the round cakes in the pan and fry at minimum heat until golden on both sides

Cut into small squares with a knife to exercise the baby’s ability to grasp things
