Purple Eggplant with Oyster Sauce

Prepare the ingredients

Minced garlic

Wash and peel the purple eggplant

After peeling the purple eggplant, cut into small pieces

Tips:
Don’t cut the eggplant too thick. If it is too thick, the steaming time will be too long, which will affect the taste
