I went to the market today and saw that the eggplants were pretty beautiful and bought back. They are simple to eat and nutritious! Don't deep-fry, just mix it with oyster sauce and eat it!

Purple Eggplant with Oyster Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Minced garlic

3. Wash and peel the purple eggplant

4. After peeling the purple eggplant, cut into small pieces

5. Add a pinch of salt to taste

6. Put the purple eggplant on the steaming dish, sprinkle with garlic, cover and steam for 15 minutes

7. After 15 minutes, remove the steamed eggplant and add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to taste

8. Add 3 teaspoons of oyster sauce to taste

9. Add 5g white sesame seeds and a little green onion to taste

10. Mix all the seasonings evenly

Tips:

Don’t cut the eggplant too thick. If it is too thick, the steaming time will be too long, which will affect the taste
